File "A_negundo_trems.csv" contains data on the number of occurrences of specific tree-related microhabitat (TreM) types (classified according to Kraus et al. 2016) recorded on 1,200 sample trees. The dataset includes the invasive Acer negundo and five native tree species (200 individuals per species), sampled along a DBH gradient ranging from 7 to 60 cm. Trees were surveyed at three study sites located within the managed part of the Białowieża Forest (northeastern Poland). These data were used in the publication: Not all trees host alike: Does the diversity of tree-related microsites differ between invasive Acer negundo and native trees?
